This is great added to Dee’s Nacho Casserole!
- 1 pint salsa verde
- 1 pound chopped tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can drained and rinsed black beans
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp chipotle seasoning (optional)
I let it simmer for a while, to reduce the liquid, about 20 minutes, and then poured it into a quart jar.
