- 1 package of salmon fillets
- 1 8oz container of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
- Salt and pepper
I sauteed the salmon in a little olive oil and pepper until it was cooked through and then flaked the fillets. I added the cream cheese and diced apples and added a touch of salt and pepper to taste. Once it was all mixed up I spooned it into the chilled flowers.
