Tilapia w/Prosciutto and Sage
- Tilapia fillets
- Sage leaves
- Olive oil
- Dash of pepper
- Place fresh sage leaves on fillet and wrap with prosciutto & lightly pepper (optional).
- In non-stick pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat
- Cook fish thoroughly, the prosciutto should be caramelized and brown. First on one side and then the other.
