Parmesan-Sage Crisps

  • 2 cups of parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 20-30 sage leaves

Roughly chop or cut the sage leaves and mix in a bowl with the parmesan cheese.  Place small mounds on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and is beginning to brown around the edges. Let cool, and enjoy. (try different herb and cheese combinations)
