- 2 extra large sweet potatoes (or equivalent in smaller ones)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet of onion soup mix
Heat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Take two very large sweet potatoes and remove tough outer skin. Dice them into small bite-size pieces (or even smaller). In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with the oil and onion soup mix until thoroughly coated. Bake in an oven for approximately 30 minutes or until well browned, turning over once halfway through.
