Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

This lends the perfect ‘bite’ to a Bertolli’s Shrimp Scampi & Linguine meal.

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut up into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Toss the ingredients together until well coated. Roast on a non-stick cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Farenheit until well browned.
